“For those of you who don’t know KCS has merged with FH Furr hvac.<br>I didn’t realize this until the day before my appointment. I’ve been loyal to KCS with a few properties and really liked the services and the prices that they offer.<br>Clark has been to a few of my properties a few times and he is one of the reasons that we’ve been with KCS. Having been through a business merger myself, they can be a challenging and things fall through the cracks , and this was no exception.<br><br>I was on the phone no less than 7 times for 2 property visits ( semi annual maintenance checks) scheduled for the same day . I had made the appointments 6 weeks ago and their scheduling department had things confused. Again, with the merger<br><br>it was like two different companies trying to operator under one umbrella, so I’m sure it will take time to shake out but nonetheless, it was a time-consuming day just following up with the timelines of the appointments.”

“I needed to replace my ground floor HVAC system which was both Propane and A/C. KCS came in and gave us good options - but to be realistic, they did what any good company would have done.<br>But during the install they had to deal with the reality of my house. Old and with some curious building styles they had to deal with - and they came through in a big way. Part of my house dates to the late 1800s and part of it from the 1980s. And the 1980s quality is pretty suspect. They worked all day, non-stop, to deliver a high quality install. On this nearly 100 degree "spring" day, I'm glad I went with them. They had the resources, skills, and staffing to deal with a problematic install. And we are very happy with the result.”
